1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that let a site remember your actions and preferences. We also use similar technologies such as local storage.

2. Cookies we use

• Strictly necessary. Sign-in and session cookies that keep you authenticated and secure. The service does not work without them, so they are always on.
• Analytics. Limited, aggregated usage and performance data that helps us understand how the product is used and diagnose errors. Where required by law, these are used only with your consent.

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to measure visits, which pages and castings are viewed, waitlist signups and purchases. We do not send Google your name, email address, invite codes or payment details, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising: Google signals and ad personalization are off.

• Cookies: _ga (distinguishes visitors) and _ga_<container-id> (keeps the state of a visit).
• Purpose: aggregated usage statistics that help us improve the site and the app.
• Retention: the cookies expire after up to 2 years; the data stored in Google Analytics is kept for 14 months.
• Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland: analytics cookies are off by default and are only set with your consent. Without it, Google Analytics receives cookieless, anonymous signals only.
• Opting out: block cookies for this site in your browser, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

3. Third parties

Some cookies are set by service providers that operate parts of CREW (for example, sign-in, analytics and error/performance monitoring). The providers that process personal data are listed in our Sub-processors page.

4. Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in. Where a consent banner is presented, you can accept or reject non-essential categories there.

5. Changes

We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
