Questions
Is CREW free?
Yes. Joining is free and the free plan lets you try the whole app: build your profile, browse members and castings, save profiles, apply to castings and chat once you connect. CREW PRO and credits are optional extras for members who want to do more of it, faster.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your balance until you spend them, whether they came from your welcome credits, a pack, a referral or your monthly PRO credits. A refunded purchase takes back the credits it bought.
Can I cancel PRO?
Yes, any time, from Manage subscription in the app (Settings, then Membership), which opens the billing portal run by Stripe. The credits already in your balance stay yours.
How do I pay?
By card, on the CREW checkout, processed by Stripe. Purchases start in the app, which opens the checkout for you, and every payment emails you a receipt. CREW never sees or stores your card number.
