Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing CREW you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are a resident of the United States.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not on any U.S. sanctions or denied-party list.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant CREW a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and transmit it solely to provide the service. You warrant that you have the right to share each piece of content.

Specific to commercial use of name, image, or voice under New York §50-51 and Florida §540.08 (right of publicity): you grant consent for use of your profile content within the service context. You may withdraw consent by deleting your account; email support@yourcrew.net.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Posting sexually explicit content or solicitation.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or impersonation of others.
• Scraping, automated access, or reverse engineering any part of the service.
• Using the platform to facilitate illegal activity, including trafficking, fraud, or unauthorised data collection.
• Posting content that infringes third-party rights.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without notice. We may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

6. Paid features

When paid features are active, payments are processed by Stripe. All purchases are final unless required otherwise by law. Refund policy and dispute handling will be described separately.

7. Intellectual property

All CREW brand assets, logos, the service interface, and underlying code are the property of CREW or its licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CREW is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify CREW against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, regardless of YourCrew, LLC being organised in Delaware. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@yourcrew.net. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
